Elizabeth O. Hueber
Ms. Hueber has 14 years of experience defending her clients’ interests in all facets of litigation, including state and federal courts as well as arbitration. Ms. Hueber is a Florida native, but she began her legal career practicing in the United States’ territory of Guam. There she assisted her business clients with organizational documents, business consulting, dispute resolution, and legislative lobbying. Upon returning to Florida, she focused her practice on litigation. She has prevailed as a “first chair” attorney in trial and won appellate reversals in both federal and state courts. Ms. Hueber prides herself in investigation, research, and unconventional tactics.
