James Sposato grew up on Long Island and earned a BA from C.W. Post, graduating cum laude. After earning a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Sposato began his legal career at a prominent insurance defense firm in Brooklyn, New York. For over twenty years, Mr. Sposato has focused his practice on a variety of civil litigation matters. As an experienced tenacious trial lawyer, Mr. Sposato zealously advocates for his clients in a broad range of cases involving commercial litigation, Directors and Officers, construction litigation, architects and engineers, condominium and homeowners’ association litigation, professional malpractice, and catastrophic injury, wrongful death cases. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, including before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, along with all of the trial courts within the State of Florida. Mr. Sposato is also admitted to practice law in New York, including the Eastern District Court, and Supreme Courts throughout the State. In his free time, Mr. Sposato enjoys practicing his faith and devoting his time to his two young boys, biking, hiking, kayaking and enjoying nature.
